On 30th October 2016 M/v “Lina” was moored safe at the floating buoy. Because of hostile weather and sea conditions, the vessel was hit by a violent sea storm which caused the breaking of the mooring rope. The vessel went adrift and hit the rocks and the broadside which protected the water point CM5.
We have been instructed to act on behalf H&M Underwriters to investigate the casualty and protect “Lina” interests as well as to settle the claims mounted by entities who suffered patrimonial damages.
